Praise for St. Ives Apricot Walnut Scrub

I was in Walmart the other day looking for a new facial scrub. I had been using a Johnson & Johnson soap-free product called Purpose, and it wasn't really working for me. It was leaving my skin dry and it didn't seem to work any better than using plain warm water.

So, I perused the cosmetics aisle searching for something that worked. Initially I had wanted to try an Aveeno product but they were the priciest and I didn't want to pay a whole lot if the product didn't work for my skin. Then I remembered my Dad talking about him and his sisters using St. Ives facial scrubs when they were younger, so I thought that it was worth a try. Especially when I saw it only cost $2.50.

I've been using St. Ives Invigorating Apricot Scrub for a few days now and the results have been great. The natural exfoliates in the scrub leave skin incredibly clean, and the other all-natural ingredients moisturize it. For the price, the product worked surprisingly well, and was gentle on my skin.

St. Ives' product line does not end at facial cleansers however, they have facial and body lotions, body wash and more. All of which have variations that work with different kinds of skin types. I haven't tried any of these besides the facial scrub I mentioned above, so I won't be reviewing them here. You can read all about them on the St. Ives website. I have the link posted below.
